Ideal cut diamonds are those that have been cut following a special formula. This formula has proven to make for the most beautiful, brilliant diamonds. Diamond shapes have a lot to do with the brilliance of a diamond as well. The round brilliant is the diamond that has become popular as having the ?ideal cut.?

The formula that is followed for ideal cut diamonds allows for the best light reflection from the diamond. If you have the wrong cut on a diamond it will not sparkle the way that it should.

If a diamond is cut too deep, the light will reflect from the wrong angle. The light then escapes from the side of the diamond instead of from the top. A diamond that?s been cut too deep looks black right in the center.

Some diamonds are cut too shallow. If it?s too shallow, light will spill from the bottom of the diamond making it appear dull and lifeless. You want your diamond to look brilliant and give off fire and sparkle but if it?s cut the wrong way it can?t.

In ideal cut diamonds the light enters the stone and is dispersed to precise angles in the stone. The light is then bent back to the center of the stone and reflects back through the top of the diamond. This is what causes the brilliance and fire in a diamond.

Though proportions are important they alone will not tell you everything about a diamond. The end product of a diamond includes diamond shapes, proportions, cut and finish. And even after all of that, beauty is still in the eye of the beholder.

Ideal cut diamonds cost more than other diamonds. But it?s to be expected because of the skill and time involved. And you?ll usually need to special order an ideal cut diamond because most jewelers don?t regularly stock them.

Ideal cut diamonds are worth the trouble though. They are spectacular and when you see them you?ll agree. And when you?re shopping around and you see diamond shapes other than the round brilliant marked as ?ideal cut? look a little closer and ask a lot of questions; It?s usually the round brilliant diamond that has the ?ideal cut.?

Shayna Schnereger has seen the brilliance of an ideal cut diamond. She wants to help you find one too.

The hand is an amazing part of our body, we may not notice it but we are very dependent of our hands in doing almost everything every day, even the simplest thing like touching our hair. The hand is also a way of expressing our emotions, the way we touch and feel through the hand is something astonishing. The hands do not only keep our deepest emotions but our memorable memories as well.

The hand meditation is way of meditating that focuses on this one amazing part of our body, the hand. No it?s not all about physical touch of the hand but more on the memories you have with it, the emotional side of it.

How to do the Hand Meditation

Hand meditation step 1

The hand meditation should be done in a group of four or more. Each one should get comfortable in a chair, with both feet firmly on the ground and closing the eyes. Rest the hands in the lap with palms up. Notice your breathing, you don?t need to change it just notice the pattern of the breath coming in and going out. Relax any tension in your body as you breathe.

Hand Meditation step 2

Start to become aware of the air at your fingertips, between your fingers, on the palm of your hand. Familiarize yourself with the strength and maturity of your hands. Remember the most unforgettable hands that you ever touched and known, your father?s, your mother?s, your grandparents, a friend or a lover. Imagine the hands of a new born baby the softness, the perfection, the delicacy. Once you had the same hands.

Hand Meditation step 3

Reflect on the things that your hands have done since that time, you learned most of the important things in life through your hands, turning yourself over, crawling and creeping, walking, balancing, learning to hold something for the first time, feeding yourself, washing and bathing, dressing yourself, and tying your shoe laces for the first time, all these things at one point of time in your life were your greatest accomplishments.

Think of your hands when they were the tools of your learning in many activities, what about the time when you first learned to write your name, when it was there to help out others, remember all the work they have done, the tiredness and aching they have known, the cold and the heat, the soreness and the bruises. Remember the helping hand you gave for others who needed comfort, the tears they wiped away may it have been your own or another?s.

Think about the special mystery of the hands of a person we love. The hands of those that touched yours, a doctor?s, a nurse?s, a dentist, and those hands we never forget.

Hand meditation step 4

Then, place your right hand slowly and gently over your heart. Press it firmly against it and feel the most mysterious of all human sounds, your heartbeat, a rhythm that flows of life and love. Press more firmly for a moment and then release the hand holding it just a fraction away from your heart, experience the warmth between your hand and your heart. Then lower your hand to your lap very carefully as if your heart was with it.

Think of all the hands that have left their imprint on yours, they can never be erased. The hand has its own memory and it will last forever.

Hand meditation step 5

Now, without opening the eyes, extend your hands on either side of you and find another hand. Hold it, explore it, sense its history and mystery, let your hand speak to it and let it listen to the other. Express your gratitude to this hand stretched out to you.

Hand meditation step 6

With eyes still closed, slowly release your hands and bring them back to your lap. Feel the presence of that hand lingering upon yours. The print is there forever.

Hand meditation step 7

When you are ready, open your eyes. Share thoughts and feelings of this experience around you.

I am a Search Engine Optimization newbie. I have read a
little on various forums, browsed a few articles, and read
through The Affiliate Masters Course (Ken Evoy) a couple of
times.

Eleven days ago I invested a little of my affiliate earnings
in a new product that was being launched.

The Dowser Professional is a keyword research tool on
steroids, and has allowed me to improve the returns from the
few existing niche websites I already have, and find a
number of new niches very quickly.

I was so impressed with The Dowser Professional that I
decided it was a key product I wanted to promote as an
affiliate, even to the extent of developing a product
specific niche website.

I am very much a believer in Ken Evoy’s technique of
“pre-selling”. If you provide a customer with proof that a
product works, and what they could do with the product, you
can maximise your sales potential.

So I set out to prove that The Dowser Professional was an
insanely powerful tool, and that anyone could easily use it
to improve their website(s) and find rich new niches.

I set myself what I believe is the ultimate challenge, to
target SEO experts on their own turf.

I picked an initial keyword to research, “keyword”.

Within a few minutes I had a good list of related keywords,
and within 20 minutes had completed my keyword research. Yes
the whole process was that fast.

I then setup a Blogger.com blog based around the keywords I
selected.

http://keyword-report.blogspot.com

The primary keywords for the site are “keyword position
report” (KEI approx 6K) and “keyword ranking report” (KEI
approx 3K).
It is amazing that such large holes can be found in a very
competitive niche with only a few minutes work, but that is
the power of The Dowser.

I set myself a very strict rule. No seeking links until the
site was indexed and had achieved ranking based purely on
keywords.

Today (July 28th 2005) the site was picked up by Yahoo. It
ranks 1st and 5th for it’s primary keywords, and has already
received traffic from both Yahoo and Technorati.

The site is not yet listed in MSN and Google. I expect it to
rank well on MSN and poorly on Google until it has some
incoming links.

The site contains maybe 30% original content, and any
articles used were carefully “wrapped” with specific
keyword heavy text both before and after.

Andy Beard has worked in Sales, Marketing and Localization for the last 15 years, primarily in the computer games industry.
His blog Exploring Niche Websites gives insights into creating profitable websites on the internet.

example Yahoo ranking are available on his Niche Website Blog

Can we use sound waves to disrupt bee swarms in regular airflows or in a normal Earth?s Atmosphere? Regarding breathable air. We know that in helium in a tank when exited by sound waves can cause enough excitement to cause water to boil and can be used for propulsion [steam engine] not a bad way to go if you have sound available.

So it does not necessarily have to be breathable to work. It could work in CO2 also. It could work in a cloud of gas, almost any gas. Probably the thicker the better and the more confined the better too [between buildings, canyon, cave, tube, pipe]; the more oxygen and heavier type gases the better actually unless confinement is smaller. So if you wanted to avoid lets say insects on another planet, you could use sound waves in whatever gas is there? But yes, we are talking about insects on the surface of the planet Earth and thus ambient air is important, but so is density and altitude. 29.92 barometric pressure to start.

If we are using sound waves to disrupt bee swarms or to steer them for flight deviation you could use an opposite approach. For instance find a frequency they like in the 230 beats range per second [honey bee wing flapping speed] and direct that sound and they may simply fly into that ?jet-stream? of air so to speak where they feel more comfortable rather than not? As you enhance the conditions for them right? It appears from the discussions in the article you cited that the smaller the little unit (insect) is the faster the flapping speed or in this case the enhancement jet stream frequency speed needs to be to steer them. forward is eliminated and another equation is replaced.

What may be interesting to ask, so I will is perhaps the Reynolds Number for birds changes with size also for this reason. At least those birds, which are able to hover? Maybe that equation needs to be reworked or the size, width or area or all those dimensions of the wing creates another hyperbolic curve in size/flapping speed or where distance traveled. Knowing the exact speed may help in enhancement of flight and thus steering any flying insect based on wing shape, area, size or dimensions. From the article it appears a locust or a dragonfly would flap slower.

Now then if you want to prevent them from going somewhere, steer them, make a sound wall or stop them, then your frequency number probably should not be a multiple of that number, as you would assist in a rhythmic beat, that would be favorable not unfavorable? Is that right? So, for control use enhancement techniques where you want them and hostile frequencies where you don?t with a progressively hostile band after that and then a small area of kill zone. Eventually after trained they will not pass into the level II and thus you do not need a level III (kill zone) anymore. Insects have memory, you can tell when you try to get a fly with a fly swatter, they figure that out pretty quick and then it is twice as tough to catch them the next time. Probably like cows, once you train them they are generally going to stay where they have been trained. Dog fences seem to work like this too, the collar shocks them a few times and they get it.

If you are trying to stop a swarm you need a good amount of energy and directed and it pays to have a choke point when you start the device up or you will find them going around the negative sound waves. But bees follow the queen bee and if she is in the center of the swarm or the front once you stop that you have generally stopped the swarm. Other types of insects would be different of course. Consider all this in 2006.

If you are looking to buy your first home in the Phoenix metropolitan area, you may want to consider Glendale. It is located west of Phoenix and offers easy access to the city, as well as to the many businesses.

Glendale is one of the most affordable home communities throughout the Valley. For first time buyers, this community gives you options of getting more home for your money. Of course, buying your first home is a big first step, and you can take some steps to avoid those mistakes of home buying.

Not Being Prepared

Most first time buyers think the first step is going out and looking for a home. Actually, the first step is working with a mortgage agent. A big part of your home purchase is getting a mortgage, and your mortgage agent is best qualified to help you through the process. A good agent can show you where you may experience potential problems, take a good look at your credit, and give you some suggestions of the price range for your potential home.

Focusing on the Long Term

When you look for a home in Glendale, be careful not to focus too far in the future. It’s hard to predict where you’ll be or what you’ll be doing ten or fifteen years from now. If you are focused too far in the future, you may buy a larger home than you really need. Focus on your needs for the next five to seven years, how close do you need to be to work, how many bedrooms are ideal, how big of a home do you want.

Chances are you’ll be looking for a new home in five to seven years, and you’ll revise your home search based on your needs at that time.

Waiting Too Long to Buy

Taking that first step to buy a home is a huge decision, and at times it can be a little frightening. Maybe you’ve heard rumors of a real estate bubble, and you think if you wait it out that bubble will collapse and you’ll find a house at a better price. Actually, most experts have already said that the real estate collapse is not going to happen. You aren’t going to see home prices fall in the near future. In fact, most likely home prices will continue to increase, just at a slightly less pronounced rate than the last couple of years.

If you decide to wait too long, you may find that you can’t afford the increased prices. And, the longer you stay in your rental property, the more money you give to your landlord that you could be investing that money in yourself.

Looking for Perfection

First time buyers see themselves living in a home for years, and want to find the home that is perfect for them. Unfortunately, there is no such house. All homes will have a few problems, some that are easier to fix than others, some that you just have to learn to live with. When you look for a home in Glendale, be prepared to walk in with an open mind. You’ll find that you have a lot more options when you do.

Do a little preparation in advance and you’ll find the perfect Glendale home for you. You home is an important investment in your future, the right home will let you begin upon the path of accumulating wealth, it’s a good road to be on.

When people speak of New York City, of its bright lights, cosmopolitan vibe and constant hustle and buzz, they?re most likely thinking of Manhattan. Not to diminish the importance or the far bigger land space of the other boroughs, but Manhattan is the shining star of the city when it comes to densely packed and eye-popping sights, sounds and attractions. For vacationers anyway, this is where it?s at.

Nothing compares to your first time in Manhattan. Movies, TV shows, famous photographs and glimpses of the New York Times have all probably acquainted you with the general idea of the city, but the gritty, vibrant atmosphere and overwhelming size of it all, from the skyscrapers to the personalities, must be experienced firsthand. Your gaze will fly from the shops to the high-rises and from people?s faces to the brilliant billboards, but at the same time the business-like flow of the foot traffic will keep you moving. The last thing you?ll want to do is stand out like a sore thumb, so don your blackest and most fashionable attire and keep yourself from openly gawking.

You may not be able to help showing a sense of wonder from time to time though, which is just fine. There will be plenty of other tourists alongside you as you take in the traditional scenes; the Empire State Building, the United Nations, Central Park, Bloomingdale?s?the list of must-sees is as long as the subway line and you?ll need every minute of your vacation to see it all. In case you haven?t figured it out yet, this isn?t going to be the kind of trip that involves a lot of lounging around; Manhattan requires energy and your full attention, and you?ll probably find these pretty easy to give.

Catch a Broadway show (savvy travelers can pick up half-price tickets the day of), eat a giant sandwich at an authentic deli, watch the street performers at Washington Square Park, and shop (or window shop) to your heart?s content at all the stores you?ve so far only heard mentioned in magazines. Wander from downtown to uptown, Greenwich Village to TriBeCa, Chinatown to Little Italy. Plan a schedule but don?t be surprised if you end up straying from it; there is always something unexpected that will catch your eye, like an old record store or a cozy bench in the park that will tempt you to pause and experience a corner of the city that isn?t mentioned in the guide books.

This cultural capital is brimming with big-time museums and intimate galleries, so if you?re in the market to buy or just look you?ll certainly have the chance. MoMA was just recently remodeled, and packs in several floors of well-known pieces that you?ve probably seen represented on t-shirts and coffee mugs but never with your own eyes, until now. You?ll repeat this experience again and again while you?re here, ?so that?s what it really looks like?? Chances are you?ll be repeatedly thrilled, and glad you?re finally getting to see the real Manhattan.

You?ll certainly work your legs as you walk around the city, which gives you the best views, but taking a cab and hopping on the subway should also be given a whirl. Unless you?re coming from another metro area, these novelties will add authenticity to the whole trip. Nothing introduces you to a city better than chatting with a cab driver, and sitting beside the commuters as you speed underground will be the best people-watching experience of your life.

To sink into the culture even more, consider doing something unconventional; instead of reserving a hotel room, rent a vacation property. You may think these exist only on the beach or in the woods, but contemporary apartments and posh condos are scattered throughout the city and allow visitors to live like locals. With a view from the top and all the amenities you need to feel cozy and taken care of, Manhattan Vacation Rentals provide an elegant and convenient experience that will only add to what is certain to be an amazing trip.

The greatest power we ever got is the power of our thoughts.

There is an Intelligence inside us that can elevate our life at the highest level.

Everyone should learn to collaborate with this Intelligence which is organized to react on our intentions and to create with us a life of abundance and happiness.

Freedom, happiness, richness, love, friendship, health and wealth are our birth right.

We have been created to live our life in freedom, health and wealth. If our life doesn?t look like that, it means we block ourselves by our thoughts. Our thoughts are very powerful instruments we use to either create happiness and wealth, or sickness and poverty.

If your life doesn?t look like what you?re dreaming of, it means you have thoughts which go against you. Your thoughts create your life. If you want to change your life, change first your thoughts.

You can choose your thoughts. Nobody in the world can put a thought in your head without your permission. Your mind belongs to you! It?s your job to control your thoughts! You are the master of your head, you are the gaurdian of your thoughts. You can change them. Choose those thoughts who will bring you the results you want.

Never think a thing you don?t want to happen.

Read that again : never think a thought you don?t want to become true.

It means : don?t think anything negative about yourself if you don?t want this thought to become real. If you don?t want to be stupid, stop thinking you are. If you don?t want to be fat, stop rehearsing in your head how fat you are now. If you don?t want to loose your boyfriend or girlfriend, stop thinking about this possibility.

Instead of these destructive thoughts, choose thoughts which reinforce you. Choose to think how intelligent you are, and you will be! Choose to think how beautiful you are, and you will shine like a star! Choose to think you are loved, and you will!

Thoughts are energy. Every thought carries an energy level. Your choice : or you choose thoughts which lower your energy level, or you choose thoughts which increase your energy level.

It?s in your hands! Or better : it?s in your head! How you will feel and act depends on what you think. Every action and emotion is preceded by a thought.

You can choose thoughts which block you, or even paralyze you.
It isn?t any more difficult to watch your thoughts to be able to choose them consciously. It?s just a matter of exercise and consciousness.

Once you’ve learned how to become the master of your thoughts, you become the master of your life!

If checking your thoughts seems too difficult for now, you can start watching your mouth. Never let come out of your mouth something you don?t want to happen! Never wish a bad luck to anyone if you don?t want this to realize. Watch your mouth, watch your words, watch your thougths, and become the creator of your own life!

Your life does not depend on others. It depends on your own ability to master your thoughts.

Written by Ineke. My main goal is to make your energy and excitement flowing again and to make you create a life filled with enthusiasm, by passing you my energy, experience and tools so you can find your passion and your reason for living and realize your dreams and yourself. http://www.theenthusiasm.com

Starting a weight loss diet is one of the easiest things a person can do. Staying with it, well, that?s another thing entirely. There are so many reasons that people just can?t seem to stay with their weight loss attempts.

If you are like most people, you probably have a pretty full schedule nearly every day with what seems like more things to do than hours in the day to get them done. Between work, school and things at home that need to be done, it?s no wonder that it can be so hard to find time to lose weight.

Most of the time you are probably eating haphazardly, eating whatever is fast, convenient and can be eaten on the go. Your average day never seems to give you the time to exercise. Well, if you are serious about losing that extra weight there are a few things you can do that will help make your quest a little easier. It will still take some effort on your part, but you can do it.

To start with, you need to have a plan. Weight loss is a long term goal, and while long term goals may be important, they often do not have a sense of urgency. It is too easy for less important things, but things that have to get done right now, to take over and put your long term goal on the back burner.

The way to remedy this is to break your long term goal down into a series of short term ones, then break these short term ones into things that find their way onto your daily ?to do? list. Make a list of what you want to accomplish with your weight loss plan and be specific. Rather than saying ?I would like to lose this extra weight?, say ?I want to lose 20 pounds in the next six months?.

Now that you have a long term goal for yourself, you need a plan of action to make it a reality. This is where you now say ?to do this, I want to lose 3-4 pounds each month?. Now that you?ve set yourself up with a series of short term goals, you need to say to yourself ?I will lose one pound every week until I have lost 3-4 pounds this month?. Now keep in mind that it is not enough to simply have the goal. You need to remind yourself of it everyday, all day.

Put your goal of losing one pound each week on your refrigerator door, on your computer screen, your calendar or your day planner, and even on the dashboard of your car. This way your plan is always there with you everyday, all day to keep you reminded of just how important it is, where ever you go.

You probably won?t be able to make all of the changes you want to all at once. To be realistic about it, select one or two things like snacking or fast food to eliminate, and focus on those things. Write down what you want to do different, and make it part of your ?things to do today? list. Each day as you do these things, mark it off as done for that day. By doing this, you can see that you really are achieving your goals and you will feel so good about yourself each day for making yourself stay committed to it.

If one day here and there you didn?t accomplish your daily goal, do not feel defeated and do not get down about it. What you need to do here is sit down and assess the situation to figure out why it didn?t happen that day. Perhaps you just need to plan your day a little better.

If you had planned to bring a low fat, healthy lunch with you but got rushed and did not have the time to make it, start making it the night before and keep it in the fridge, then all you have to do is grab it and go. Remember, you are only human and you will make mistakes, but the important thing is that you learn from your mistakes and move ahead rather than letting them defeat you.

Take a few minutes at the end of each day to reflect on everything that you did that day, and to plan out your next day. The little bit of time you take each day to plan will make a major difference in your weight loss success.

Most people do not realize it but shoveling snow is the number one cause of heart attack outside the home during wintertime. This is because it is a huge shock to your system going out into the cold, especially in the morning after you just woke up and your blooding is not really pumping yet. Many people will go outside and grab a snow shovel and take a big scoop and over load their body and their frame causing issues and damage to their bio-systems. Some people get so damn tired of shoveling the snow that they move to Arizona, California, Florida, Texas or the Gulf Coast and say good riddens to the North. They are happy to go and never want to come back, well until the Hurricanes hit or an Earthquake rumbles.

There is a right way and a wrong way to shovel snow and you before you take an extra big scoop you need to know what you are doing. Here is a good link to help you understand what you are doing, so you do not get yourself into trouble or write a check that your body cannot cash.

http://www.syracuse.com/weather/snow/stories/weiner-ergo.html

You may even wish to higher out a service and stay inside where it is warm. Some say with natural gas prices up that this year they will be saving the money and shoveling their own snow. If this is the case be careful out there and save your money, because real estate prices in Florida and Arizona keep going up and on the Gulf Coast well those houses keep getting flattened. Think on this.

It?s a given that you have to train hard in order to keep gaining size and strength. Yet it is this intense training that actually breaks you down and makes you weaker. So what leads to the size and strength gain? Rest. Physiological improvement occurs only during the rest period following hard training. Rest allows the body to acquire the benefits of exercise: Improved efficiency of the heart; increased capillaries in the muscles; increased glycogen stores; and increased strength and size of muscle fibers. Your muscles will also be able to operate at a higher level of performance. If sufficient rest is not allowed between workouts, regeneration cannot occur and your performance will plateau. In short you are in a state of overtraining.

Overtraining is a physiological and psychological condition where rest periods are no longer adequate enough to produce sufficient recovery from previous workouts. The term “overtraining syndrome” describes the emotional, behavioral, and physical symptoms that characterize this problem. These symptoms can persist for weeks – even months – following intense training without adequate recovery time. Bodybuilders and other athletes also refer to it as “burnout” and it is much more severe than the more familiar variations in performance that occur almost daily.

Common Symptoms:
? The most common overtraining symptom is constant fatigue. This may limit workouts and even be present at rest.
? Moodiness and irritation
? Trouble sleeping
? Mild depression
? Loss of motivation and enthusiasm for training
? Reduced appetite and weight loss
? Constant muscular aches and soreness, increased susceptibility to viral illnesses, and nagging injuries

Early detection is very important. If it occurred over a short period of time (e.g., 3 – 4 weeks) then ceasing training for 3 – 5 days usually provides sufficient rest. A good rule of thumb is one day of rest for each week of overtraining. After this, training can be resumed, but on a reduced basis. Those four to six day splits will need to be cut back to two to three days of alternating low-intensity full-body sessions. It is vital that the factors leading to overtraining be identified and corrected. Otherwise, the condition will recur. In some severe cases, the training program may have to be interrupted for weeks, and it may take months to recover.

In conclusion, it is better to be undertrained than overtrained. Rest is a vital part of any bodybuilders training program. Early warning signs over doing it should be noticed and then schedule adjustments accordingly. Smart training, with adequate rest periods after regular stretches of intense training, is the true path to acquiring and maintaining maximum strength and muscle gains after your workouts.
